Lily Pond Country Lodge
 From
the popular resort of Plettenberg Bay the scenic route winds through
rural farmlands and indigenous forests to Nature's Valley on the edge of
Tsitsikamma National Park. Here, en route is Lily Pond Country Lodge,
with its unique architectural design and contemporary decor. Owners,
Niels and Margret welcome you with their friendly Dutch hospitality.

Standard
Our 3 double en-suites & 1 twin en-suite have French doors with private
patio and view beautiful lily ponds. For your convenience each
room(32m2) with shower above bath is equipped with a roof fan, heating,
hair dryer, honesty bar, tea and coffee making facilities, hi-fi with
CD, television with central video system and telephone.
Luxury
In addition to the features of our standard rooms, our 2 luxury
suites(48m2) provide a cozy fire place in the separate lounge and a
bathroom with an antique Victorian bath and separate shower.
Luxury Garden & Honeymoon Suites
New (from 1/10/2005) spacious and private Luxury Garden Suites(54m) in
modern Afro-Zen style with forest/pond view. Large sliding doors opening
onto your terrace. Extra long King-Size beds with quality percale linen.
Panel heating and ceiling fan. Lounge area with TV/CD/DVD, coffee/tea
making facility, fridge and honesty bar. Bathroom with freestanding
bath, two basins, hairdryer, double shower(indoor & outdoor) opening
onto private courtyard. Separate toilet. Large cupboards and luggage
racks. Robes. Own entrance
In addition to the Luxury Garden suites our Honeymoon suite has a Spa
bath, extra sliding doors in lounge opening onto a wooden deck and big
private garden next to the forest.

Deck
Bass fishing, bird watching, koi watching and a nature trail are some of
the relaxing activities at the lodge. Daydream over a book from the
library, sunbath with the cormorant on the leisure deck or simply relax.
Pool
The heated black Zen-style swimming pool with rimflow is almost part of
the beautiful ponds. Around the pool you will find wooden decks on
different levels and view our colorful lily ponds with indigenous forest
as background. The traditional pink “Keurboom” tree gives the necessary
shade over the pool. With the luxury aluminium loungers and a nice
cocktail you will enjoy the relaxing ambiance around the pool.
Professional Massage, Health & Reflexology treatments are available on
request and complements the renowned tranquillity at Lily Pond.
Lily Pond
Lily Pond Country Lodge is situated on a private nature reserve, with
unique breathtaking views of 3 lily ponds and secluded by magnificent
indigenous forest. Experience abundant bird- and butterfly life from our
nature island in one of the ponds, or try the walking trails in the
forest. Nature's Valley beach is a 7 minute drive away.
