 Situated
in spectacular mountains near Mossel Bay/George; offering a great
diversity of wildlife.
Overnight in the luxury en-suite tents or come for a day visit
including guided game drives/walks, elephant back rides and picnics,
quad biking and helicopter flips. The reserve is situated on a
2400ha game farm and comprises of over 24 different species of
animals and a wide variety of birds. Wildlife at the reserve
includes the rare black Impala, Rhino, Elephant, Lion, Buffalo,
Giraffe, Mountain Zebra and Eland.
Accommodation:
Eight luxury tented suites on private wooden decks, which have
breathtaking views of the river and tranquil mountainous
surroundings.
The 12 luxury tented suites at Botlierskop is elegantly decorated in
a romantic colonial theme with 4 poster beds draped with mosquito
nets. The en-suite bathrooms are lavishly equipped with deep baths
and and stunning views. All suites are equipped with a mini bar,
telephone and most have their own private jetty from which guests
can try their hands at fishing. High-raised wooden walkways connect
each of the tents to the restaurant and lounge area. The Fireplace
restaurant provides guests with authentic South African meals,
served in ambient settings.
